Tax Form Printing
The library will print 10 pages of tax forms for FREE. Each page after the initial 10 pages is $.10. The instruction booklet costs $6.00 to print.
Ohio Discontinues Distribution of Paper Tax Forms
Ohio tax forms will no longer be available. You can still obtain a paper tax form the following ways:
- Visiting: the Ohio Department of Taxation Website
- Calling: their toll-free Forms Request line (1-800-282-1782)
- Writing: Ohio Department of Taxation, P.O. Box 2476, Columbus, Ohio 43216-2476
RITA Discontinues Distribution of Paper Tax Forms
RITA’s website provides accurate, secure, and FREE eFile service to file and pay municipal income tax. If a taxpayer wants to file using a paper form they can print one from RITA’s website at www.ritaohio.com or obtain one by calling 800.860.7482 and selecting option 4. Forms will be available online the middle of January.
