Locations & Hours
The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library is a school district library that serves seven communities in Lake County. The library consists of four full-service libraries.
The Willoughby, Eastlake, Willowick, and Willoughby Hills libraries are open from 1:00 – 5:00 pm on Sundays September through May, beginning the first Sunday after Labor Day.
