Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library Launches W-E 3 Card
The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library recently launched the W-E 3 Library Card program at all four library locations in Eastlake, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills and Willowick. The W-E 3 card is a library card designed for children who are visiting the library without a parent or guardian but would like to take home books. Children under the age of 17 may now check out up to 3 books, e-books and use library digital resources without a parent or guardian present. Children must be able to sign their name on the back of the library card.
Additional benefits of the W-E 3 card include giving children the opportunity to borrow books if their parent’s library card is blocked due to fines or lost items. The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library believes that all children should have access to books and digital resources to build and enhance their reading skills.
