Willougby-Eastlake Library Summer Reading 2020

What is Beanstack?

Beanstack is our new web-based Summer Reading Management Software. It allows you to track your reading, discover Library events and see reviews from other library patrons!

How do I sign up?

o Go to WE247.beanstack.org or download the Beanstack App from your device’s app store.

o If you are an individual registering yourself, or your family, select Register an Individual or Family.

o Groups such as day cares and camps can register a group by selecting Register a class or Group.

o Fill out the information!

o Add or edit members of your family by selecting the drop down box on the upper left corner.

o Select the reading program for EACH family member and click Register!

How do I log my reading?

o Sign into your account at WE247.beanstack.org.

o Click on the Log Reading and Activities button on the upper left corner.

o Select Days or Books to log reading. Select Activities to log program attendance.

o Kids and teens pick the days that they read and then click Log.

o Adults enter the number of Books they read. They can enter a title and add a review.

What are the prizes and how do I earn them?

o Children earn raffle tickets for every 7 days of tracking reading. They also earn tickets for attending virtual library programs. The raffle tickets MUST be entered into drawings for a variety of prizes including Target gift cards, books, passes to the Aquarium, swag bags from the Cavs and so much more.

o Teens and adults earn entries into drawings for Amazon gift cards for each badge they earn. Available badges can be seen by looking through the tabs on the challenge page.
